Returns Policy

At NURÉ, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns within our specified return window. Please note the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • Sale items and pieces purchased during special promotions (e.g. archives, private sales, sample sales) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Return an Item

  • There is no need to register your return online.

  • Simply include a note inside your package with your full name, order number, and reason for return.

  • Place the items back in their original packaging and ship via a tracked service to:

We recommend using La Poste or another courier with tracking and proof of shipment. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer, and NURÉ cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during transport.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at nureparis@gmail.comwith photos of the product and packaging. Unfortunately, claims made after this period cannot be accepted.


Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 14 working days of receipt.

  • Once inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method or, if you prefer, as store credit.


Return Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been processed. Please retain your tracking number until your return is officially validated.
